Rates
Premium Sites are our top of the line campsite. They have 50 amps, grill, W/E/S, Cable TV hookup, and wi-fi at the site and are close to the gift shop. Book them early while they last.

Rates include two adults using a single camping unit. We allow one family and one camping unit per site. Family is identified as immediate unmarried children living with parents.

50amp Site Policy: Any RV with a 50amp cord must rent a 50amp site. We do not allow the use of 50-30amp reducers.

Holidays: We require a non-refundable deposit equal to a 3 night base rate deposit on all sites & Kamping Kabins.

Memorial Day - May 23-26
July 4th - July 3-7
Labor Day - August 29-September 1

Holiday Rates: Holiday rates are $5.00 per night higher May 23-26, July 3-7, August 29-September 1.

Minimum Stay Policy:
Three night minimum stay on all sites and Kamping Kabins during Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Two night minimum stay on all sites and Kamping Kabins during Easter and Columbus Day.

Minimum Stay Policy: During some time periods, we require a two or three night minimum stay in Kabins or campsites, this can be done with any of the following combinations: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

Groups or Camping Clubs: Call for information. Please designate one coordinator to book groups and family reunions.

Campsite Deposit & Information: A one night deposit is required for each site. Check-in time is 1:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Kabin Deposit & Information: A one night deposit is required for each kabin. Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
Reservation Guarantee Deposit
A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges for your first night is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposit charged at time of reservation.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund
If you are unable to honor your reservation, call and cancel prior to these deadlines:
• RV/Tent: 48 Hours - Notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to arrival date.
• Kabin: 7 Days - Notify KOA one week prior to arrival date.
Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Charges:
A $10 cancellation fee charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of all deposit.

Holiday weekends, special events that require a minimum two night stay or more and KOA Kottage and Lodge reservations may have special deposit and cancellation requirements.
